I used to live in the wild, but now this is what I do. I wished I was back in the jungle with my friends. Surely, the humans could find some other form of entertainment, maybe watch me in the wild? . . . more

Hey -- hope you had a wonderful weekend. The highlight of mine -- my weekly trip to the Farmer's Market. I posted a picture of flowers I bought on my profile. I have fond and dusty memories of a the tent circus.
A couple of other fantastic finds from last week in this Gather universe that can definitely be more quantity than quality that I'd like to highlight and point out to you so they aren't missed in the noise:
The "Participation is Wellbeing" post by Julie L. (You've got to be sensational in your titles around here. The posts that get hits are "What the Hell is the Matter with People" or something with Hottie in it.)
Also, any of the art of Marcos Cruz.
Happy Monday!

Ron, I did visit your site. Love what you're doing. It reflects a time I sorely miss. Keep writing.

Hi Ron, Thank for the friend invite! I am not actually from Bedford, I am not actually from anywhere. I have lived in six states and the District of Columbia. I guess if I HAVE to be from someplace it would be WDC because that is where I liked in one house the longest. Even though I have lived in the area over four years I really don't know it that well. I know how to get to Cumberland (library and mall) and to Bedford. (I am actually outside the city limits in a township) It's kind of a "Green Acres" thing, "city girl" transplanted to the country. I like the quiet though. Well, keep in touch neighbor! Chana

HELLOOOOOO!
I'm not bragging. . .Well, yes I am. I believe I have the most eclectic Group--outofourshells--and People connections than any grouping on Gather.
It has been my pleasure to find and invite new people to mingle with those who have been with me for a while. It is my wish for you to use these groupings to your advantage. If you have a group of your own, please think of outofourshells as a second home. If you belong to other groups, please think of outofourshells when you publish. Anyone is welcome to join as long as they agree with the Group's
description--which is mainly to show respect and to remember arguing is not the same as fighting. It is more akin to debating.
I have tried to attract as diverse a population as possible. I want our group and connections to to educate--as well as--learn from each other.
Thank you for your joining up and I look forward to your offerings!
Sincerely,
Nyota
P.S. I am sending this article to all of the Groups with which I am connected. I don't want to miss anyone ([;p)] !
